Veterans United did a fantastic job. The team concept truly works because there is always someone available to correspond with to get things done. I went from Pr-qualification on Veterans Day to closing in Mid-January.
There is so much to say, honestly. Nathan Bitner and his team have made purchasing our new home and refinancing it for a lower rate so easy. They have everything set up in one spot, and if you have any questions (I have a lot of questions), they are always right there and quick to answer. They are not pushy, but they do give you reminders about deadlines, and they work with you if you have something going on. That being said, we were on vacation in Matagorda fishing, and when we got back and closed on our new home, the first package we received was a congratulations present from them, which was a very cool tacklebox signifying the vacation we just had. We laughed and absolutely loved the gift. They are the easiest people to work with, and they are so very nice and knowledgeable. I can't thank them enough for being there for us with our very first home.

My team worked tirelessly to keep up with our process. I had no issues or questions that were left unanswered. Any time I requested a call or text from my team it was answered quickly with more information than I expected.
Piece milled the process and it was a bit confusing due to the fact that he would ask for something after he just told me we have everything we need this happened 2 to 3 times. Also someone went on and I was unable to get a hold of them for a week
