If it wasn’t for Cindy and her entire team, including Kyle, I would be disgusted to be back with Veterans United. I think the world of Cindy and she is the best of the best at what she does and I do not have one negative thing to say about her or any of her team throughout the entire process. What I am saddened with, is that I have had 2 loans transferred from VU in the last month. The first one I understand, but my very first order of business with the new purchase, is a letter from VU saying that my loan is already being transferred. VU stuck out to me from their customer service, and Cindy and her team have always went above and beyond to compliment that. The first transfer has been a disaster. I was extremely excited to deal with VU again and have many of my questions about my Mortgage answered. I understand that transfers are going to happen and get it, but less than 2 weeks after closing, that’s how I am greeted as being a repeat borrower from VU. I’m aware that more often than not, a transfer of this loan is likely, but as my first letter so close to closing I was sickened. Cindy and her team, excellent as always. The rest of VU have just lost another borrower, and I’ll be sure to never refer anybody else to this company.
The process and personnel that you will work with will be at the top of there game to make sure that it is as flawless as possible. Very responsive in a timely matter with any question you might have or concerns. Simple to navigate “to do” list along with reviewing of documents before signing. Every process was reviewed and signed using my IPhone with the exception of signing the final paperwork with the lawyer.
