Bric responded quickly to my questions and very helpful in answering my questions and easy to work with. There were lots of forms and requirements to meet but we were able to move up the closing date and they put out a good effort to get it done. I would recommend them as they were right on top of anything that came up.

We we're able to move up our loan pre-approval amount very quickly which was needed to get our current purchased home. Oh man, if you can follow the "To-Do" list as quickly as possible, you can own your home in less than 3 weeks. What a great company, with the most respectful, wonderful people that will take a few minutes and listen to whatever is on your mind. Just as if they were old friends in a catchup conversation.
