My Husband and I are both Veterans and we moved to an area to be with family. We decided after renting for three months we needed a home. The first call the gentleman was very informative and made me feel welcomed. After we talked we decided to go forward. Next we were contacted by Lance our loan office. Lance was very professional and welcoming. We have not bought a home together and we knew nothing of the process. Lance guided us through everything and set up a team, including realtors in our area. Everything ran smoothly and we felt like the team was working for us at every turn. That was refreshing and a blessing. It helped us focus on our needs for our forever home. What a great experience! They make it so easy with the app. No more having to fax tons of pages of information, just take a photo of the necessary documents and upload them. The app “to do” list keeps your tasks at your fingertips. The staff we dealt with were kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. We went from toying with buying a new home to closing in less than 2 months. I will definitely tell our friends about Veterans United.
Bobby helped us purchase our townhome. Everything went very smoothly. He then helped us refinance 8 months later for a lower interest rate which saved us almost $200 a month.

Amy and her team were top notch! From beginning to end communication was clear and concise, there was never any "gray areas". They helped to streamline the process, there's not enough O's in smooth to describe how smooth everything went. If I could give Amy and her team an 11/10 I would!
