Lance and his team were absolutely amazing throughout our entire closing process. They truly did everything in their power to make sure we had a fast, smooth closing with no unnecessary delays. Everything about our home buying experience with Veterans United was exceptional. It started with Conner who helped us get our credit in order, he spent so much time directing me and talking things through and guided us the whole way. Then Dane, the loan officer who gave us so much insight into the process and was patient with every question. Then Stacy, the real estate agent who helped us find our Dream home AND helped us save thousands by introducing us to the local home insurance people when everybody else wanted to charge us an arm and a leg.. Then Rachel who helped us get through the underwriting process.Then Joedi the home buying concierge who has been so sweet too. We couldn’t have done this without all of you guys and we are so thankful. Y’all have impacted our family in a huge, amazing way. They even sent us a little housewarming gift it was the cutest thing and came with treats for our dogs that somebody remembered we had. 10/10 experience.
