Thank you for smooth transition
I am forever grateful to Meghan and her team, my home purchasing process started with a credit union almost 2 months before actually finding a house. Approximately 10 days before closing the credit union dropped me. My realtor recommended Meghan and I quickly gave her a call. I was unsure of what would come next but from the minute i spoke to Meghan she was very positive and told me “we will try our best to make it happen by the closing date”. Meghans team pushed through, always maintained communication and reassured me when ever I needed further clarification. Meg consistently answered my incessant questions, always with a pure smile in her voice.We had some issues with the structural engineering report, which required extra work, which thereby pushed out our closing date by an entire month. Meghan, and her wingman, Deanna Williams, stayed on point, diligently trying to sort things out behind the scenes for us.They worked incredibly hard to keep everyone on track, and push this deal across the finish line.
