The whole team was great to work with. Very caring people that really do want to help you get into your new home. They definitely do whatever they can to help you through the whole process.
The reps over promised and under delivered. I was charged fees for a concierge that did much of nothing. Also, the entire purchase as a FIRST TIME HOMEBUYER AND A DISABLED VETERAN was stressful and frustrating. I’m stuck with a home that should’ve been listed as ‘AS IS”. Highly disappointed. It’s been a month and I still can’t move in.

They were very kind and responsive. I do wish I would get some warning before getting calls, just because sometimes I couldn’t pick them up right away.

I am thankful for my whole team, to include Laura who stepped in and kept the process moving seamlessly when needed. I never felt like anyone dropped the ball or forgot about me.
