Commutation was an issue I’m sure the team was busy but if I’m told I’ll get an answer or call from someone or at some time and there is no follow threw it does not give me a positive feeling. Three was a lot of extra in my case that the team had not delt with before, so I’ll give a rate I feel is fair.
Veterans United made the home loan process feel straightforward, and Macenzie in particular was outstanding. Macenzie, Bailee, and Doug all kept everything moving in a way that felt easy and organized, and they were incredibly responsive, even being available on holidays. Any time I had a question, they answered clearly and precisely, which took a lot of stress out of the process. Communication was consistent, the steps were easy to follow, and I never felt left in the dark.
