This process started out is only a dream. I made a simple phone call from a Google search and ended up with Veterans United, Alberto and his team. What a God send. It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. It’s comforting to know that there’s a company out there that looks out for their well-being. Unfortunately, 10 is the highest grade you can grade someone on their scale, in our opinion, they deserve a much higher score. They took a dream and turned it into a reality, and for that we will be forever grateful. I could not recommend this team higher. Thank you Alberto, and your entire staff for not only making us feel like family, but taking our dream and turning it into a reality. God bless you.
If I could give you a zero or less I would have. The inconsistency, lack of communication, lack of compassion, inability to provide me with answers, and that’s just what I can think of right now. I am actually appalled at how bad the experience went like quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life with any company let alone with a company that deals in home loans. I would go with any other company out there, Joe’s home loans down the road would probably be a better option. I asked on multiple occasions for policy paperwork and never got it, promised my full escrow returned to me, got 1/3 of it and took another month to get the rest. Stay away from this company.

A home loan is a major life event, and you deserved clear communication, compassion, and follow-through.
I understand your frustration around not receiving requested policy information and the delay in receiving the full escrow refund. Situations like that can understandably erode trust, especially when expectations aren’t clearly explained or met. The team I worked with was hands-down, the best. When it got down to the last couple of days, I have never felt more at ease spending a half million dollars. Clint Dunlap called the day before closing just to make sure I understood everything that was going on. It was great.

I know yall work hard, but trying to get ahold of yall is impossible at times. I appreciate everything yall do, would just like a bit more communication. It’s terrifying to be left in the dark for weeks at a time and not being able to reach anyone while you are trying to close on a property. Besides that yall are great to work with and I would like to work with yall again.
