My loan officer and local office people were 10, 10 and 10. The problems came when the non-local people waited until the last minute to verify information and say oh we need this resigned. The sadly it began a phone tag with leaving vague messages.
I was not able to get a VA loan because I bought a foreclosure and we could not get the addendum signed. However, they made sure I was able to get a loan with a down payment I could afford.
VU is a great and concerned organization which goes all the way for veterans and families , I'm pleased we have a organization as this which really proves by actually doing, fulfilling everything they say and represent. Thank God and Thank You VU
