Let's start with I was not even expecting to get approved for any home at all and I was very discouraged. I told Joshua my story and this man went on an mission that no other person would have ever done for me and my family. It’s very computer oriented. That’s not the easiest way for me to communicate and almost all of our interactions were via computer. I had a couple people on the phone that were very helpful and that made the process bearable.
