I wish I had two more hands so I can give Tim four thumbs up! He cares and by the time we closed he felt like family. Every step of the way he was there to answer questions and to relax us. From day one he assured us he would do everything in his power to get us our dream house and Tim and his team did just that. Would highly recommend Tim without a doubt.

Bric responded quickly to my questions and very helpful in answering my questions and easy to work with. There were lots of forms and requirements to meet but we were able to move up the closing date and they put out a good effort to get it done. I would recommend them as they were right on top of anything that came up.
I'm very glad I chose Veterans United to purchase my first home. The whole home buying process seemed very overwhelming but they somehow made it understandable in bite size pieces. I was super anxious and lost at the beginning and they held my hand at each step. With their insurance brokerage, I found cheaper auto, home, and flood insurance.
My late wife always bought the homes, I just signed when I was told. I had no clue what all was involved. I’m sure I had a lot of questions that could be trying to the team, but they were very professional courteous and helped someone who’s never done this before through the process and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. We’ve used VU twice and a smaller lender once for our three total times we’ve purchased a home using the VA Loan. Will highly recommend them over and over as we haven’t seen many other lenders top their customer service and support throughout the process. We always feel informed and like we’re part of the entire process during each step, whereas other lenders keep to themselves while working on things behind the scenes. Grateful for VU and will always recommend them for VA Loans.
